Thank you for purchasing from Prajna Mama. I appreciate each and every transaction and you have my commitment to a customer-focused experience. If you have any questions, comments, or problems, please be sure to contact me and I will do my best to respond in kind.
Pre-made knit/sewn items will be shipped with delivery confirmation (and insurance upon request) twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays. I will normally ship using the least expensive USPS method (first class parcel, parcel post, or priority), unless you express a preference for a particular method. I will honor your request.
Custom knit/sewn items will be completed and shipped on an individual basis, based on the time frame arranged prior to purchase.
A 50% down payment is requested before I begin custom work, with the balance being due with actual shipping before I ship the item to you. Failure to pay the balance of the order will result in forfeiture of the down payment.
